We are having SO much fun with these Shakespearean Insults...I'm not sure how my students will react once we've finished the play. :) But...the good news, Arletta, is that we'll be doing Flash Fiction Mondays starting this week. I'm hoping to distract them with their own creativity - it's not enough to study the Bard, but we've now got to BE the Bard!! Yes, we have fun in a positive way - most of the time - and the classroom community we've created together as a class is simply phenomenal. Thanks again for your support and comments!!<br />JaimeJaimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10405201615799264416noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7219064774757570879.post-90244657312809434292013-04-28T15:43:22.313-07:002013-04-28T15:43:22.313-07:00Thanks, Arletta. Not until Grade 9 when I got this teacher and ex-pilot in the AF who taught in a way that drew me in and finally the bulb lit in my head. He was a grumpy older man who demanded punctuality and conducted the class like it was army. Many of my classmates were afraid of him, but I respected him. I think the way a student learns has a lot to do with the teacher and it looks like you are a wonderful teacher Jaime and I hope your students appreciate you!seelkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08526776674324387951noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7219064774757570879.post-3930881561165030812013-04-28T05:26:14.498-07:002013-04-28T05:26:14.498-07:00Isnt it nice to know that even after hundreds of y...Isnt it nice to know that even after hundreds of years, Shakespeare still leaves his mark.
